I was struggling because some of my exercises, especially those requiring floor work, really bothered the balls of my knees. My rug or even my thickest yoga mat simply didn't offer enough support or cushioning. This balance pad solved that problem immediately; it offers the cushioning I've been looking for. It's perfectly firm without being hard, which provides needed comfort to push through my full routine. It's a terrific tool, and I can absolutely see this being useful throughout each phase of my workout journey.

I purchased the hapbear exercise balance pad for stretching. It provides excellent support and provides great balance. It’s built sturdy and probably the best workout equipment I’ve purchased. This is great value for money. I would highly recommend it

Using these for my horse. Doing some PT. The pads help with engaging muscles the horses don't use often. In her case, we are working on her SI joints and strengthening everything around that area. These pads are a perfect size for doing this. Super easy to use. Cost was very reasonable. I always look at it like its preventing future vet bills. The pads have held up to her weight and hoofs.
