    This is my new favorite work out item. There’s an app I found called plankpad and it helps distract me while I’m in a plank.. I’m progressing more than I would if I was just counting down the time. I’d recommend this!

    Mais la finition laisse désirer surtout sur le tour. Je me suis rentré une écharde dans le doigt car le pourtour de la planche n'est pas tout à fait fini donc j'ai dû passer un léger papier sablé très très fin pour finir pour la finition. En fait une petite couche de cire d'abeille sur le pourtour afin d'éviter les écharde. Je m'attendais vraiment à une finition plus soignée.
