Heart Rate Variability: Utilizing ECG monitoring algorithms to accurately identify R-wave peaks and capture instantaneous heartbeat changes, it is particularly suitable for users requiring high precision and scientific training. This enables training load adjustment based on HRV to prevent overtraining.
