I absolutely love this weighted vest. It’s so comfortable and big chest friendly(40DD). It’s easy to put on and doesn’t hurt my shoulders after wearing it like vests I’ve had in the past. I recently started the 75 hard challenge and wear this with every 45min outdoor walk. I put my 40oz cup in the front pocket and it keeps my hands free and adds a little more weight. I also put my keys and phone in the front pocket because I hate walking with this flapping against my legs. I started out with the base weight of the vest and just recently added two of the sacks to increase the weight and it’s still comfortable. Love that it has the reflective safety straps across it tho I never walk along a street but for those who do this is definitely a plus. This vest is so comfortable it makes it so easy to consistently wear it. So definitely get tis vest if you want to consistently challenge yourself and get to your fitness goals quicker!!

Amazing weighted vest. This thing can get pretty heavy which is great if you want to run and increase endurance. Quality of vest is good as it won’t come apart at the stitches. Its easy to put few weights on under my scrubs and walk and also get my exercise in at the same time.

This weighted vest does what it’s supposed to do and offers a good amount of adjustable weight. The included ironsand bags make it easy to change the total weight depending on the workout, and it feels heavy enough to make walks and workouts more challenging. It also has a small storage pocket and reflective stripes, which are nice extra touches.
Comfort-wise, it’s decent but not the most comfortable vest I’ve tried. It works well enough for workouts and walking, but another vest I’ve used in the past fit a bit better and felt more balanced on the shoulders.
One downside was the condition of the box when it arrived. The packaging was very damaged and partially open, and a small amount of iron filings had spilled out. Fortunately everything was still usable, but the packaging definitely could have been better.
Overall, it’s a solid weighted vest that gets the job done and is more affordable than some other options I’ve tried. If you’re looking for a budget-friendly adjustable vest, this is still a good choice.

This item arrives neatly enclosed in a box that includes the 12-pound vest and six individual 1-pound sandbags. This allows the vest to be fully adjustable from 12 to 18 pounds depending upon your preference. After unpacking the item, I was very happy to find that this vest is of excellent quality and also a fantastic value, particularly given the very reasonable price.
The majority of the vest is made of a neoprene material, which is similar to the material used in wetsuits. This allows the vest to be used in a variety of settings and weather types without causing chafing that might occur with lower-quality material. The vest has three pockets on the front and three pockets on the back that act as individual slots for each of the six 1-pound sandbags. The bags fit snugly within their individual compartments and include a tab at the top that makes it easy to remove them when you would like to reduce the weight of the vest.
To put the vest on, you lift it over your head and secure it into position at the sides with adjustable canvas straps and durable buckles. For those with reduced shoulder mobility, it is helpful if you place the vest on a table, with the bottom part facing you. You can then slide your head into the vest while your neck and back are parallel to the table, which eliminates the requirement that you lift 12-18 pounds of weight directly over your head.
As someone who has several weighted vests, this type of design where the weight is evenly distributed across the front and back of your body is my favorite style. I feel like the even distribution of weight makes it less strenuous on my back than the style that has the weight in the front concentrated in the shoulder area, without sacrificing the efficiency or efficacy of my workout.
Overall, I have very much enjoyed using this vest, and I look forward to using it for long walks and short hikes in the future.

I mainly use the vest for walking, bodyweight exercises, and light strength training, and it adds just the right amount of extra challenge without feeling uncomfortable. The vest starts at 4 lbs, and it comes with several iron sandbags that allow me gradually increase the weight. I began with the lighter setup during my daily walks and slowly added more weight as I got used to it. The fit is also very comfortable. The adjustable side straps allow me to tighten the vest so it stays secure while moving. I’ve used it for squats, push-ups, and even short jogs, and it stays in place without bouncing around. It doesn’t restrict my movement, which is important when doing exercises that require a full range of motion. I especially like the breathable fabric, even during longer workouts, the material feels fairly lightweight and allows airflow, so it doesn’t get overly hot. The stitching and overall construction feel solid as well, giving me confidence that it will hold up with regular use. The small storage pockets are practical, I can easily slip my keys or phone inside when I go out for a walk. The reflective stripes are also useful when exercising outside in the early morning or evening, adding a bit of extra visibility.
