Great for an at-home gym!
I bought this for my home gym, and i love it! It was straight forward ti assemble, you dont need any special tools to assemble it. It feels sturdy and stable! I dont find myself rotating the side much, but it would be stable in any position. Overall, id buy this again!

    This CAP Barbell 3-in-1 plyometric box is excellent. It was very easy to put together, with clear instructions and all the pieces fitting together well. Assembly was quick and straightforward.

    Once assembled, the box feels extremely strong and stable. There’s no wobble at all, even during jumps and step-ups. The surface has great grip, which adds an extra level of confidence and safety during workouts.

    The CAP Barbell 3-in-1 Plyometric Box is very sturdy and well built. The wood is heavy and solid—not cheap particle board. It offers three different height options (12”, 14”, and 16”), which makes it great for a variety of workouts and skill levels. Each side is textured, so you don’t have to worry about slipping during exercises.

    It also has wide handles on two sides, making it easy to move around despite its solid weight. Assembly was straightforward once I figured out how the sides interlock correctly. Overall, this is a durable, high-quality plyo box that feels safe and stable during use.

    Purchased this for my mom who I’ve been doing resistance training with for her Parkinson’s disease. We needed something for her to use both as a squat target and also a step up. And we needed it to be sturdy and reliable. This has been perfect. Assembled easily, the cuts and hardware fit like a glove.
    In addition to squats and step ups we’ve also had her use it for elevated pushups, bent rows and it stays strong.
    Excellent quality for the money.

    Plyometric box

    This box looks good and is stout. You can feel the quality when you pick it up. Made of what appears to be cabinet grade 3/4" plywood, it has predrilled holes in all pieces that are countersunk where applicable. Super stable with zero wobble if assembled correctly and all screws tightened firmly. Assembly requires some attention to detail but is manageable and after the first three pieces are assembled it is fairly obvious what's next. I didn't use a power drill during assembly, but it would've been helpful. If you don't have a drill, I would recommend a tee handle hex wrench as the hex key provided is small and will wear your fingers and hand out after the 15th screw, there are 38 needed to assemble the box. I highly recommend the box.

    I was able to assemble the plyo box and it is pretty solid and will be very useful in my fitness goals.
    The surface coating is not as non-slip as I had hoped but otherwise it is pretty good quality.

    Solid construction, easy assemble, flat sides but don't use for jumping

    Really happy with this purchase. I mean it's a box so it should be flat on the sides and sit flat on the ground and you should be able to step on it without fear of it tipping over right? So it does all that great. It's easy to assemble and feels sturdy. The wood is good quality. The anti-slip surface works well and good even for bare feet. Keep in mind the size is fairly small so it's not good for jumping on/off. I'd be weary of that because it wouldn't take much to land slightly on the edge of a surface and tip it over.

    This is exactly what you’re looking for; I was really concerned about how durable it would be, but after putting it together and using it, it’s very stable, doesn’t move, is no slip, and I haven’t had any issues. Great for box jumps in confined spaces. Versatile given three different heights. Best addition to my home gym in years.

    Aunque la caja es de materiales de calidad y fue muy fácil de armar, por lo menos al momento de comprarla en la descripción decía "Caja de goma", lo cual me hizo pensar que contenía goma en algún lado para hacerla más suave, pero no contiene goma en ningún lado, tengo niños pequeños y fue por esa característica que la compré (hacerla mas segura para los pequeños).
