1. Place the end with the gentler curve against the base of spine. Bend your knees and place the soles of your feet on the floor.

2. Reach back with both hands and grasp the side rails, with one hand on each side.

3. Slowly lower your back onto the curve of the Stretch Mate.

(If you find the bars uncomfortable, place a thick towel or blanket over the unit before executing this step.)

4. Relax your neck and shoulders, breathe slowly, and feel the stretch along your spine. Keep this position for 10 mins. Repeat daily.

1. Rotate the Stretch Mate, so that the higher end of its raised arch is closest to your body.

2. Position the unit onto the floor a few inches behind you. Bend your knees and place the soles of your feet on the floor.

3. Lie back onto the unit, resting the midsection of your back onto the arch.

4. Relax your neck and shoulders, breathe slowly, and feel the stretch along your spine. Keep this position for 10 mins. Repeat daily.

3. Slowly lean back until the unit rests on the floor with your body on top of it, the lower portion of your back directly on the arch.

4. Relax your neck and shoulders, breathe slowly, and feel the stretch along your spine. Keep this position for 10 mins. Repeat daily.
