    These weights are terrific! The quality is superb and they feel solid and comfortable in my hands. Ergonomically they are perfect to use I suffer from carpel tunnel so need to be aware of these types of things. The non slip grip makes them really nice as they won’t slip if you sweat a bit. The color is a very vibrant sky blue and it cheers me upI am always looking for high quality products and these weights fit that.

    I fractured my proximal humérus in 4 places and part of my rehabilitation was eventually to lift some weights. The first 8 mths i didn't use any weights, then the next 5 i used 1 lb weights and now in month 14 i started with the 2 lbs weights and they are the perfect transition for me. i will use them for about 4 mths then go to a 3 lb weight and so forth.
