Much needed ankle/wrist weights
Great quality! I use them for both arm and ankle workouts, works well either way. My arms were extremely sore the next day. The only thing I’ve noticed is they get a little uncomfortable on the ankles after 45 mins. Arm workouts are great 🙂

    Exactly as described! Its worth mentioning that the velcro will eventally wear down, which is why i picked these over a more expensive brand. They also get itchy if you dont have something underneath.

    I can tighten them for my wrist and loosen them for my ankle. I like the look of them. I do have to say they are a little thick for my wrist, but I make it work. I would purchase again.

    I've got CTS so I've been using these on my ankles. These are my first ankle/wrist weights, and they seem well made. The velcro is thick and with almost too strong of a grip for my hand issues-I have a weak grip due to them. I wore them for about an hour, and was surprised with how heavy an additional 2lbs on each ankle felt. Be sure to adjust them well so they don't dig into your ankles.

    Overall they weren't uncomfortable to wear. I did definitely notice the additional weight, but it wasn't unpleasant. I think these will be a good work out tool, and help get my ankles and calves stronger from simply walking around. My ankles are on the smaller side, so I can't say how someone would fare with big ankles, as my grip is too weak to see how far they will stretch. I can recommend giving them a try. They seem well made, reasonably priced, and a good addition to a more casual exercise routine.
