Quality vibration plate for a good price!

Quality vibration plate for a good price!
This is a great choice if you are considering a vibration plate. I bought another brand several years ago and this one is more affordable and has more options, more detailed screen and a large remote which is less likely to get lost. I bought it because everyone was hurting from taking care of my grandmother. I left it at the house where five of us rotate care of her so everyone could enjoy the benefits. They all say it loosens their hips and back after using one round on the second setting. They are quite a bit older than me so I got the one with the handle and they’re not afraid to use it because the handle gives him something to hold onto. It makes him feel more secure. I would not hesitate recommending this vibration plate. If I had to do it over again I probably would’ve purchased my first one from this company instead. It’s well-made and works great! I wanted to post a photo of them using it, but they all warned me not do that to them publicly.

    great for moving lymph, detox

I love this vibration plate! I have been on a 10 year journey to healing my chronic health issues – I've been diagnosed with three different auto-immune issues and have struggled with inflammation and fatigue. I cleaned up my diet (organic, grass fed, no grains or cow dairy) my air (I use Austin Airmate and turn off all wi-fi, all my internet is hardwired and I limit cell phone use) my water (Big Berkey — Brita etc. was not enough for me) and after all that I was feeling so much better. But if I was exposed to any toxins (in food, water, air, toxic emotions, stress, etc.) then I would still get flare ups of my old symptoms. A huge turning point for me was when I started doing Nutritional IVs (minerals, NAD, vitamin C, glutathione etc.) which built up my system and I believe prepared me to be able to detox. Also I opened up my detox pathways using the advice from Dr. Ben Lynch. That was a huge piece. Then I started detoxing! Castor oil packs, ozone therapy, and hyperbaric chambers have worked for me and I started detoxing all the pesticides, parasites, toxins that have built up in my system over the years.

This vibration plate has been helping me move lymph!! So it works synergistically with all my other detox protocols. Dave Asprey has good info on how a vibration plate can help move lymph – he actually sells one but its like 1k.

My dog has been on her own healing and detox journey. We cleaned up her diet and gave her charcoal and liver support supplements and all her ear infections and skin issues have disappeared and she has the energy of a 2 year old dog. My dog also likes going on this, I have to hold her and stand on it but she loves it. Dogs are so intuitive, so if she loves it, must be good things happening 😉

Other random things that have been helping me: the Healthyline Infrared Mat (5 therapy with PEMF and Red light therapy) which helps with detox and regenerating the cells, and the Vielight 655 prime, red light therapy that has been helping clean my blood. I had dirty dark blood before and now I have beautiful bright red happy blood. Flood Your Body with Oxygen by Ed McCabe talks about clean vs. dirty blood. Its a cool time to be sick, thanks to the internet we can all share information and help eachother get well. I've learned so much from Dr. Google and friends!!

All that to say, I am almost to 100% full healing. Its been quite the journey. Thanks be to God, he is SO GOOD! And so cool! Our bodies are so cool that they are able to heal. Grateful for this vibration plate as it has definitely helped!

I admit to being concerned about things made in China, especially at this price. I am over 70 and have had two hips replaced, and i was concerned about how it might impact my joints. So — here's my thorough estimate of things after three weeks (in time to return if necessary).

First, It doesn't seem to affect my joints — knees and hips seem fine so far (and I haven't pushed it too hard yet).
This does indeed vibrate (oscillate, I guess is the appropriate word), and it does have many levels of oscillation and three pre-programmed programs that mix up the speed/levels of oscillation. Other than diversifying the 'workout,' not sure what actual benefit they might offer.

The absolute lack of any suggestion of how to make good use of the speed and program options, I think (for the price) is abysmal! I have googled it all and looked on YouTube, and there is some info out there, but you're really on your own! I've read suggestions that low vibration vs high is better in some instances or based on a specific desired result. But YOU have to dig all this up. I'll also add that the written "manual" suffers from the Made-in-China syndrome of being hard to decipher in its translation to English. I toyed with 3 stars just for that, but let this review suffice — it works fine mechanically.

I've been using it daily for about three weeks. I am absolutely looking for actual EXERCISE results that I can feel in my muscles. This would have no use otherwise. So, I CAN feel it right after I use the machine, but I don't feel that ongoing, genuine, can't-use-those-muscles kind of stiffness that you feel 1-2 days after starting a serious new exercise. I, myself, don't need much — I just want some added strength to help my mobility issues, and it SEEMS to be helping with that. (I'm also not adding that much of my own effort while using this; I'm doing some shallow squats and tensing my ab and butt muscles.) So, I'm guessing that as I get stronger and can add more of my own effort, this does add to what I'm doing, which is a good thing.

I chose this one because I didn't want the bigger ones that give you handle bars, and I HOPED that the slightly higher price over some other options would mean better quality (that certainly is not a given!). I'll add more to this if necessary.

I’ve been using this vibration plate for a few weeks and have really enjoyed it. It’s compact, easy to use, and surprisingly quiet. I like that it has a wide range of speed settings and preset programs, so I can adjust it depending on how I’m feeling that day.
The handles provide extra stability, and the remote makes changing settings convenient. I usually use it for 10–15 minutes a day, and it’s become an easy way to add movement to my routine without putting stress on my joints. Overall, it’s a great addition to my home fitness setup and feels well worth the purchase.

I have had the Hurtle for about 2 months. Have been using it daily and love it. Even recommended it to my sister. She mentioned that hers only went to speed 20. I knew mine went higher than that so decided to test how high it went. 99 was the highest number the display could show though it seemed like it could keep going faster. Took the speed back down and it seemed to be working fine for a couple minutes. But then it suddenly got crazy fast again and the remote would not work to stop it. I had to jump off and turn it off at the main switch. Seems like it lacks the mechanism that limits how fast it goes. And now crazy fast is the only option. It is too late to return it (not that I still have the box anyway) and I can't find any way on Amazon to contact the manufacturer to honor the warranty.

The whole body hack to quick fitness

I had heard about WBV about ten years ago from a doctor I had worked with. He swore by it as he was in his 60’s and used it to maintain high energy and his six pack. At that time, he owned a unit that cost about $5000. I am in my 50’s and work out at the very least two times a week. Over the last few years, I have had issues with lower back and hip pain. I changed my diet and did what I could to rehab, but found that very little was changing. About a month ago while traveling, I was able to try a WBV unit at a store and was blown away by the possibilities. After the trip, I started researching WBV and decided to purchase the Hurtle30. I am very glad that I did.

Since I have begun using the unit, I have noticed considerable changes in my body. My body is more toned and my metabolism has definitely increased. I still continue my other workouts, but there is nothing like being able to jump on this thing in the morning or evening for 10 minutes and knowing for sure that I definitely got a work out. I still have pain, but as my core gets stronger the pain is decreased. Sure there are other ways to strengthen my core, but many are far more high impact and painful than WBV. With WBV, muscle groups that I could rarely engage with other methods are stimulated and strengthened in a very short period of time. This is like some kind of crazy workout hack that really works.

There are standard exercises you can do like, planks, lunges, push-ups, dips, or simply standing or sitting on the unit, but you are not limited to those. In the manual it says, “Borrow health and fitness ideas from Chinese traditional culture like Kung Fu, Buddhism, Taoism, it advocates passive exercise which allow you to exercise indoor in a relatively static manner to get mind relaxed, pain and soreness relieved, fatigue swept away, inner circulation improved, then make you stronger and healthier.” Once I understood what that meant, that understanding changed my workouts to a more dynamic tension based style like in yoga and martial arts. For me that was the “ah ha” moment, and I doubt that I ever will be without one of these devices again. Add some weights and/or use the bands, and basically I can get an intense, but low impact Kung Fu like work out in ten minutes for the price of an annual gym membership. Priceless!

I ordered this product after doing some reviews on similar products. This arrived without an Australian electrical plug in and I have no idea what adaptor it will need. There is no mention, or it must be the smallest print ever, that this does not come with an Australian plug/electric cord. It also arrived without the remote control which is advertised. Really poor advertisement and delivery. I have no idea how the machine itself works since I have been unable to plug it in to use. When electrical devices require adaptors, the vendors need to ensure this is very clearly stated. It would also help if they included the remote control to use the item.

Wow love this machine…I'm 72 years young and wanted something fun and easy to use for fitness. This is fun and easy but still it gives you a good work out by just standing on it. I use the bands as well and depending on which way you move they help work out upper body by leaning a little forward or your back by leaning a little backwards.

Watching T.V and getting a work out has never been easier. I'm looking forward to trying more ways to use this machine, such as sitting on it, stretching out my arms on it etc, etc. It has a timer and I did 10 minutes my first time then it turned itself off. Great feature.

The price cannot be beat I searched everywhere and found this far cheaper than others and just as good. It is fairly quiet which was a nice surprise as I was expecting quite a bit of noise.

I recommend this machine for anyone old enough to exercise .. You are never to old for this machine, just sit on the couch and rest your feet on it.
