It’s versatile enough to use sitting or standing, which helps on days when I’m dizzy and need a low‑impact option. The resistance bands offer very light resistance, not much workout benefit for me, but I still end up holding them because it gives me a sense of balance. The motion feels a little awkward and not very smooth at first, but it improves as you get used to it. It’s too hefty to hide anywhere, but once it moves to the garage gym setup, it’ll be out of the way and actually fit the space better.

I just received mines a couple of days ago. A little later than originally notified. It is very quiet when I tried it standing up. I like it a lot. Can’t wait to try it out in a couple of days when I go back in the office and use it while sitting down.

One of the biggest positives is how compact it is. It fits easily under my desk, so I can use it while working, but it’s also sturdy enough to use while standing for a more active workout. That 2-in-1 sit/stand design really makes it versatile.
The motion is smooth and surprisingly quiet. The magnetic resistance system keeps everything fluid, and I can use it without disturbing anyone nearby. The 8 resistance levels are a nice touch too—you can start easy and gradually increase intensity depending on your fitness level.
