For starters, may all my future “some assembly required” encounters go as well as this one. The instructions were clear and concise with both words and pictures. It took only minutes to put the bench together and it felt very solid. The materials appear to be steel and vinyl with some type of firm padding in the seat and back. It is easy to adjust and has a wide range of movement. I like that the foot bar has two positions to choose from (the lower one worked best for me). And as a bonus, it looks good but has a fairly minimal profile (space is at a premium in my small workout room). I expect the bench to last. I’m the only user and will keep it clean and tight. It seems like a great deal and meets my needs fully at this point in life. I don’t do heavy weights any more (I have grown OLD) but still enjoy lifting weights and try to hold on to muscle tone in my golden years (or maybe my rusty iron years). I recommend it! Stay strong. Push it but don’t break it. Be safe!

Purchased this for my husband and he really is impressed. This solid unit was easy to assemble, comfortable to use, adjustable and very sturdy. Definitely a great find and would recommend

It took 5 to 10 minutes to put together feels strong feel like a good quality easy to fold and put away very adjusting great for home use feels stable I'm 58 so not using much weights but I feel safe on it the reason I gave it four stars is because I might have my family come over and I'm having work it out after that I see if I can give it a five stars

This bench is a great, lightweight option. I workout in my office at lunch and this bench has worked out beautifully for all of the weight work I do (bench press, supported rows, hip thrusts etc).

This was not a paid promotion. (However, Amazon, let me review things) I love this work out bench! It is of the upmost quality. Even after sitting on this the first time, I felt the gains already. Assembly was easy and straightforward and my dogs even helped with it. Came right away and I’ve used it every day except for my cheat days. Even on cheat days I sit on it and drink.
