    Has held up very well for multiple workouts a week over the last few months, it is a little bit unsteady when using it on the highest side, but only slightly. It is very easy to assemble and it has been a great addition to my home gym

    I chose this box because of the price point, the unusual size, and the attractive design. I'm happy with all those good selling points. I will be using these as platforms for stable things like belt squats, not jumping up to the highest height, which would be dangerous (depicted in the product description – no one do that ever, okay?) because I already have huge RAGE boxes that are great for high step-ups but too high for some things. This was the lowest cost option and I expect they will work well for my needs. But putting them together was a bit of a bear. The second box was not well cut and it took a fair bit of hammering to get it to go together. The edges on these are cut too sharp unlike my nice high end boxes. Also, the internal stabilizer thingy is loose in both boxes. It's just not quite big enough. In my quality brand boxes, it doesn't rattle around like these.

    USELESS — FAR TOO SMALL and Dangerous!

    Nobody in their right mind would use this for a workout. This is toy-sized. Perhaps the 8" side would be useable if one is not overly exhausted and very careful, but the 16" side is dangerous. Although it is sturdy enough, it is too small to safely be jumped on to. Step ups would be fine on the 8" or possibly even 12" sides. Too small to position against a wall as you would definitely hit the wall even on a step up. SO DISSAPPOINTED. Unfortunately, it has been assembled and I cannot return it easily now. I wasted my money. I guess I will paint it and use it as a plant stand on the deck.

    This produce it good for the 8in side. If you turn it it becomes a little slim for step ups or anything like that. The amount of screws to put into the wood was a little over kill! Also the Allen tench stripped by the end 😒 it is stable at the 8inch would not recommend if you are looking for box jumps or anything that involves a lot of force. It was not easy to put together with 8screws in one side 😵‍💫

    Ideal step box! Place it on different sides to step 8, 12 or 16 inches. Extremely well cut precision pieces. ASSEMBLY REQUIRED. Comes flat packed. Directions are easy to follow, holes pre-drilled, aligned perfectly, the screw holes are inset, so the screw heads are below the box surface. The provided screws heads require a small allan tool that is provided, but your fingers will be tired after doing all the screws by hand using that skinny tool. Good looking wood.
    Two side hand holes make it easy to turn the box to different heights. Excellent value.
