ADJUSTABLE LEG WEIGHTS: The sandbags for ankle weights are removable. Each single weight comes with 5 removable sandbags which weighs 1 LB. Each single weight can be adjusted from 1 to 5 lbs and one pair weights can be adjusted from 2 to 10 lbs by adding or reducing the sandbags.
